• Working pattern: Nights - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 12 months experience in care (essential)
• Complex care experience is preferable
• Drivers with access to their own vehicle are essential (to attend clubs)
• Non-smokers preferred (smokers will not be successful long term due to the respiratory needs of the client)
• To be eligible, you must hold full right to work in the UK
• Strong communication and interaction skills
• Willingness to engage in activities that bring joy and enrichment to the client’s life
• Ability to build and maintain trust and rapport with the client and their family

ROLE OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Female Health Care Assistant to support a 46-year-old female client with a complex need in Bexhill. The ideal candidate will have tracheostomy experience, suctioning experience, cough assist, nebulisation and oxygen therapy. As well as strong communication skills are a must, as the role requires working closely with the client’s family.
