• To provide personal care for elderly residents in a residential/nursing home setting
• To ensure that care is provided as documented in the care plan
• Assist residents with nutrition and hydration
• Ensure that all care training both e-learning and face to face are completed on time and are deemed competent at all times.
• To ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are diligently implemented
• Should be a team player and should work towards the success of the team
• Meet all regulatory guidelines are followed and implemented
• Qualification in care, Care Certificate, NVQ 2 desirable
• Knowledge of English essential
• Passion for providing care
• Ambition to grow
