Healthcare Assistant – Care Home | Belfast

QEY Recruitment is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for a care home in Belfast.

We’re looking for Healthcare Assistants to join a friendly care home team, providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support residents with their day-to-day needs while helping them maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.

Your duties will include:

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting residents with daily activities
• Supporting with meals and hydration
• Maintaining residents' dignity and wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with residents and their families
• Working as part of the wider care team
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Supporting a safe, clean and welcoming environment
