Description

Who we are:

As the largest provider of long-term care in Munich, we employ around 2,300 people throughout the city. While many employers pay lip service to appreciation, trust, and equal opportunities, we take a different approach: We live these values – and hopefully soon together with YOU!

In our 10 nursing and care homes and 5 assisted living facilities, as well as with our comprehensive home and day care services, we offer competent and reliable care and support wherever it's needed.

Around 3,000 seniors call our facility home – some requiring care, others not. It's important to us that they live as independently as possible. At the same time, we prioritize close, consistent care, which we are constantly improving. We know what we're doing and support our colleagues so they can focus on what matters most: our residents .

Our benefits:

  • Performance-based and fair remuneration in accordance with the TVöD (Collective Agreement for the Public Sector), plus annual bonus and attractive Munich allowance.
