• They have good German skills (at least C1 level)
• They are reliable, responsible, and enjoy working with people.
• They are empathetic and enjoy approaching people in an open and communicative manner.
• Ideally, you already have experience working with people with disabilities and experience in providing care.
• You have a driving licence (cars and minibuses up to 9 seats)
