• Provide a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for service users.
• Assist with personal care, daily living, and emotional support.
• Support with mobility and manual handling tasks where required.
• Deliver planned activities under the guidance of the Session Co-ordinator.
• Encourage service users to take part in social activities and community outings.
• Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
• Attend mandatory training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
• Follow all company policies, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.
• Carry out other reasonable duties to support the care team.
