JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant/Support Workers to join our team in Colchester, Chelmsford and Braintree. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to the clients in line with their assessed needs, ensuring their well-being and daily needs are met. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred but not necessary for transporting clients when required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life.
