Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer information and interactions into the database accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding of their needs
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer data and make recommendations for improvement
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
