What to expect: 💷 Pay effective 30th March: £13.12 per care hour + £12.70 travel time, training & meetings + £0.35 mileage ⌛Hours: 16 to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability 📑 Contract: Zero hours 📅 Schedule: Weekdays and alternate weekends 🕒 Shifts Available: Morning/afternoon 07.00-17.00 (could be earlier) or Evening 16.00-22.00 📍 Location: Field-based – you’ll travel to and from clients’ homes in Swansea, Neath and Llanelli 🚗 Requirements: Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car (Business Class 1 insurance needed) ℹ️ Please note: Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK. During the morning routine, you’ll help our clients start their day positively by: Personal care and morning routines Breakfast and light refreshments Medication reminders Light housekeeping Getting ready for appointments or daily activities During the evening routine, you’ll then help our clients feel settled and comfortable for the night supporting with: Personal care and evening routines Light meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping Companionship and reassurance before bedtime Qualifications Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for friendly, compassionate people who enjoy helping others. No previous care experience is needed — full training is provided. You’ll need: A compassionate and can-do attitude Valid driving licence + reliable car Ability to provide 2 professional references Right to work in the UK Experience is welcome but not essential. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, admin, education, cleaning, social work, or volunteering — we’d love to hear from you.
