NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME) – HAWTHORN COURT CARE HOME

Location: Swansea
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 36 hours per week | 3 x 12-hour shifts (19:30 – 07:30)
Rolling rota includes weekends and public holidays

We’re seeking a dependable and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our experienced team at Hawthorn Court. If you’re confident working in a busy care setting and find purpose in supporting residents during the quietest hours, we’d love to hear from you.

Working night shifts, your duties will include:

• Assisting with personal care such as toileting and mobility support
• Supporting residents through evening routines and morning preparations
• Providing companionship and reassurance during the night
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes
• Helping maintain a clean, calm, and safe overnight environment
• Supporting handovers to ensure continuity of care
