As a Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our home—providing person-centred care, emotional support, and companionship to residents living with dementia. No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Supporting residents with daily living activities (personal care, meals, mobility)
• Building meaningful relationships through conversation and shared activities
• Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Working closely with families and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans
