At Dearne Hall in Rotherham, we provide high-quality residential and dementia care in a safe, welcoming, and modern setting. Our home is a place where residents feel valued and supported 24/7 — and our night team plays a vital role in making that happen.
We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals to join us as Night Care Assistants, helping our residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected throughout the night.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support residents with night-time routines and personal care
• Respond promptly and compassionately to any needs or concerns during the night
• Provide reassurance and companionship to residents who are awake or anxious
• Help maintain a calm, peaceful environment to promote restful sleep
• Record and report any changes or issues, ensuring excellent handovers
