SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality support to our residents. Located in a nurturing environment, this role is vital in ensuring the well-being and comfort of individuals in our care, aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional service.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record residents’ health status and report any changes.
• Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer’s care practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical documentation and patient care protocols.
