JOB SUMMARY

Emmanuel House Care Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our Night care team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or through home care services, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and the ability to follow care plans effectively.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with residents, families, and colleagues compassionately and professionally.
  • Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation electronically.
