We are looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Night Carer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in dementia care who is passionate about delivering high-quality support during the night and contributing to a positive team environment.

• Providing person-centred care to residents during the night
• Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and emotional support
• Monitoring and recording residents’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff
• Maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date care records in line with company policies
• Supporting a calm and safe environment, especially for those living with dementia
• Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers
• Being a team player and supporting the overall routines and responsibilities of the night staff
  We are especially keen to hear from candidates with a strong understanding of dementia care and a desire to share their knowledge with others as part of a supportive team.
