JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in home care or a similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them diligently is essential.
• A caring disposition with a genuine desire to help others is crucial for success in this role.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing client needs are important attributes for candidates.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support individuals in maintaining their independence while providing companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow care plans meticulously to meet the specific needs of each client, adjusting as necessary based on their evolving requirements.
• Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes as needed.
