• Key responsibilities:Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining residents' dignity and privacy
• Assisting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Supporting residents with daily activities and encouraging independence wherever possible
• Promoting social engagement, companionship, and participation in meaningful activities
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver high-quality care
