CARE ASSISTANTS NEEDED – CARE HOME EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Pro Assist Healthcare Ltd is hiring experienced Care Assistants for care homes. This is a zero-hour contract role.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Must have experience working in care homes
✅ Must be able to speak and understand basic English
✅ Applicants must be 18+
✅ Proof of right to work in the UK
✅ Enhanced DBS check (Preferred if you’re on the DBS Update Service) – if not registered, we will process a new DBS check

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is essential.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• A caring attitude with the ability to empathise with clients’ needs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the service demands.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in maintaining their daily routines and care plans.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in both home care and care home settings.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up)
• Help with meals and feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support
