We have an opening for a compassionate and patient support worker to join our supportive and welcoming team.
We support a wonderful young woman in her own home who has a learning disability, autism and can display some behaviours when distressed which are managed so well by her brilliant team. She enjoys bowling and parks and going for walks during the day and generally sleeps very well at night.
Care is always 2 -1 during the day, and a waking and sleeping night during the night shift.
Hours needed are approx 2 shifts (24 hours) You will be fully supported by this amazing team and by the branch nurses. Rotas are on a rolling rota for work-life balance but a flexible approach to help in times of sickness and holidays is needed. Shifts are 9.30 amto 9.30 pm or half shifts 2.30 to 9.30pm.
It is essential that you have previous experience of care and a driving licence is essential due to the client having her own car
