Company Description We’re growing our team in the CT4 villages — Lyminge, Etchinghill and Elham — and we’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in their local community. Our visits are never rushed, giving you the time to build trust and make a real difference. Job Description Care as it should be — unhurried, personal, rewarding. At Home Instead, we give you the time to care properly. Our visits are a minimum of one hour, so you can focus on what matters, helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued. You’ll support older adults with things like: Personal care and mobility Preparing meals or a comforting cuppa Light household tasks to keep their home safe Sharing conversation, stories and companionship Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (full training provided) No previous care experience? No problem, we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
