Company Description We’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Ashford and surrounding areas. You’ll work mornings, 7am - 1pm and Weekends, with Guaranteed Hours contracts available for extra security. Job Description Care Assistant (Full time/Part time)- Ashford and surrounding areas. Care as it should be — unhurried, personal, rewarding!. You’ll be supporting older adults with things like: Personal care and mobility Making a meal or a comforting cuppa Keeping their home tidy and safe Sharing stories, laughter and companionship Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (training provided) No previous care experience? No problem — we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
