Location: Carmarthen
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 24 hours per week
Shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 3 shifts per week on a rolling rota (includes weekends and public holidays)

YOUR ROLE

As an Evening Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in helping residents wind down and settle in for the night, ensuring comfort, companionship, and calm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting residents with evening personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Assisting with mobility and bedtime routines
• Offering emotional support and friendly companionship
• Monitoring wellbeing and promptly reporting any concerns
• Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and peaceful environment
