Place Farm House 23 bed residential home set in the residential area of Patcham. It has been established for 33 years, priding ourselves on delivering excellent care for each of our residents. The home is in quiet surroundings and has good views of the Sussex Downs and is in walking distance of good bus route’s and the London Road (A27).
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working in care and is able to adapt to the changing needs of our residents. The person must have the ethos to give the best of themselves in their work and add to the culture of our excellent team. You must have had previous care experience, preferably in a care home setting.
We strive to provide a supportive environment to work within, with management available daily to support you and allow you to thrive as a carer at Place Farm. There is the opportunity to do NVQ’s in Health and Social care and we always look to promote from within if you have further ambitions in care.
We have a close knit team who know the home and this contributes to Place Farm being an enjoyable and fun place to work and provide care. We support our team development and motivated by having team get-together’s 2-3x a year.
