JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or through home care services. SKILLS

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is preferred.
