JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or through home care services. REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in home care or care home settings is preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to drive is advantageous for transporting clients when necessary.
  • A caring and patient attitude towards individuals requiring assistance.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and communication tasks.
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities as required.
