• A genuine passion for working with older adults or individuals with care needs
• Good communication skills and a caring nature
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Previous experience in a care or support role

• Providing person-centred care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility
• Supporting residents with medication (following appropriate training and guidelines)
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and respect
• Building strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Supporting residents with recreational activities and social engagement
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
