We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to follow care plans accurately and adapt to the individual needs of clients.
• A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting clients.
• Basic IT skills are beneficial for maintaining records and using care management software.
• A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support to individuals in need.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support individuals in following their care plans to ensure their specific needs are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on progress and any concerns.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to home care and IT systems used for documentation.
