About you: · Reliable, caring nature and good communication skills. · Experience of caring for people living with dementia. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Have the right to work in the UK. · Live close to Wokingham, Woodley and Twyford areas. · Have a full UK driving licence and own car.
