Here at Right at Home Solent we have been providing person-centred support to a variety of clients since 2015. After rapid growth, we are now looking to expand our team of OUTSTANDING Care Assistants!
No experience or qualifications needed, we would love to hear from anyone who has a genuine passion for helping others!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards others
• Available for some evening and weekend work
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
• Full UK or EU driving licence and access to your own car

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
