REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with team members.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support individuals in following their personalised care plans to meet their specific needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, and healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills in care provision.
• Uphold the dignity and respect of all clients while promoting independence wherever possible.
