We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care & Support Workers to join our dynamic team. We have opportunities to work with two distinct and rewarding client groups: providing essential care for adults and seniors or offering dedicated support to children and young adults.
Whether you are an experienced carer with a heart for senior care, a support worker skilled in childcare, or someone with the right attitude looking to start a new career, we want to hear from you. We have flexible hours to suit your life, including part-time and full-time arrangements.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (Essential).
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • The physical ability to perform duties such as heavy lifting (for adult care roles).

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in senior care, patient care, childcare, or support work is highly desirable.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, caregiving certificates) are a strong advantage but not mandatory for the right candidate with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in implementing care plans is essential for child support roles.
Responsibilities
  • For Adult/Senior Care:
  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
  • Support clients with mobility, transfers, and heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
  • For Child/Young Adult Support:
  • Assist children and young adults with daily activities, promoting independence and self-esteem.
  • Implement individual care and development plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement in various settings (home, community).
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents.
  • Drive to various locations for home visits and community activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, team members, and other professionals.
