JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or home care settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating via electronic systems.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving transportation of clients.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.

Work Location: On the roa

• Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support individuals with mobility and transportation needs, including driving to appointments if required.
• Implement and adhere to individual care plans, ensuring that all needs are met effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the health or behaviour of clients.
• Engage residents or clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
