ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking 2 Care Assistants working 33hrs to join our passionate team.

Silvercrest is a small family of nursing care homes across South Wales. Our ethos is to provide quality care, and ensuring that privacy, dignity, and choice for our residents is at the heart of everything we do.
Are you energetic, motivated, and caring? Do you have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude? We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers at our Hollies Care Home. Experience is not essential, but desired, as training will be provided along with a comprehensive induction program.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Providing care and support to residents in our home
• Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility.
• Monitoring and recording residents’ physical and emotional well-being
• Engaging in activities with residents to promote socialization and mental and emotional stimulation
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Collaborating with the care & nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
