JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Implement and follow individual care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents’ conditions to senior staff.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, encouraging social interaction and engagement in activities.
  • Support residents with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living environment for all residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
