Job Description Home Instead is seeking compassionate, community-minded individuals to provide weekend non-medical care and companionship for older adults in their own homes. Role Responsibilities Provide companionship and support Assist with personal care, medication, mobility, and outings Prepare meals and support with light household tasks What We Offer £12.60 per hour, with higher rates for completed NVQ levels Guaranteed hours Paid travel & wait time + 35p per mile Paid mandatory training (£12/hr.) 24/7 employee assistance and responsive on-call support Supportive management and an open-door policy Financial and educational support for health & social care qualifications About Home Instead One-hour minimum visits Care is companionship-focused, matching staff with clients based on shared interests Committed to staff well-being and high-quality, personalized care For more information, applicants can contact 01743 387650.
