Welcombe Care work with service users across Stratford Upon Avon, supporting them to live independently and remain in their own homes. Daily tasks may include assisting with medication, personal care, companionship, cooking meals or assisting with nutrition and hydration.

• Career changers: We welcome applicants with no prior care experience, so if you’re considering a switch to social care, we provide full training and support to help you get started.
• Part-time seekers: Whether you’re looking for a role that fits around your other commitments or just need extra income, we offer flexible hours.
• Students: Gap-year students or those preparing for careers in healthcare, social work, or medicine can gain valuable hands-on experience that will complement their studies.
• Experienced carers: If you have years of experience, we would love to have you join our small, dedicated team where your expertise will be highly valued.
  No prior experience? No problem! We offer comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a welcoming environment for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or bringing decades of experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must have availability to work a mix of evening and morning shifts.
• You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
• You must have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately we do not offer sponsorship at this time)
