JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in our care home, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality care, and the ability to follow care plans effectively.
Shift patterns are 7:30am -7.30pm, alternate weekend working is required and all rotas are set rolling rotas to provide you with stability and certainty.
All applicants must undertake a DBS check and provide 2 satisfactory references. Successful applicants will be invited for a face to face interview.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents’ conditions.
  • Utilise PCS systems for documentation and communication purposes.
