RESPONSIBILITIES

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would travel to the customers’ homes in Worcestershire and assist as a Care Assistant with daily tasks, as agreed between the customers and Caremark, being a pair of helping hands with tasks that require it.

YOUR ROLE WOULD INCLUDE HELPING CUSTOMERS WITH TASKS SUCH AS:

• Shopping & meal preparation
• Prompting with medication
• Support daily routines
• Respite services
• Socialising & leisure activities
• Helping customers access the community
  We are happy to speak to you if you’re new to care and just starting out, or have been in the industry as a Care Assistant for years. You might be looking for full time work or just a few hours to pass the time, either way, we would love to hear from you.
  Full training is provided to anyone joining as a Care Assistant with Caremark. For those looking to further themselves, we offer extra opportunities with training specialists to help you expand your knowledge and skillset.
