OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care club Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality care in our after school club. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to develop and implement effective activities and routines. This role involves supervising a team of staff, ensuring that all children receive personalised support while fostering a positive and nurturing environment.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a care club or similar setting
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing personalised care plans tailored to individual needs
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
