Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the management of Rota co-ordination
  • Coordinate patient care by liaising between healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure seamless communication.
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and necessary tests for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist in the development of care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide support to patients and families by answering queries and offering guidance on available resources.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Oncall duties included on a rota basis
