This is a pivotal role that ensures our clients receive exceptional, reliable care. You’ll be responsible for coordinating schedules, supporting care staff, and keeping everything running smoothly — while stepping in to cover care calls when needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and manage weekly rotas to make sure every client receives the care they need
  • Carry out regular care visits (including occasional evenings and weekends)
  • Problem-solve day-to-day scheduling and client queries
  • Manage staff absence and allocate calls effectively
  • Support with training and induction of new staff
  • Ensure continuity and reliability of care for all clients

About you:

  • Comfortable using IT systems for scheduling and planning

What we offer:

  • £24,000 – £26,000 salary (depending on experience)
