Description

Blofield surgery are looking for a Care Co-Ordinator/Medical Administrator to work within our friendly care-ordinating administration team.
At the core of our Practice values is patient care, satisfaction and team wellbeing and we believe a happy team equals happy patients! As a care co-ordinator, you will ensure the Practice continues to provide the best level of care to its patients through proper implementation of new and existing primary care services. You will also support with national campaigns (such as influenza and covid vaccinations) to ensure our patients are given every opportunity to attend. You will also have a good level of IT knowledge and be able to support the Practice Team on a daily basis.
Some prior knowledge of Primary Care, SystmOne and SNOMED coding would be advantageous however not necessary as full training will be given. The role is permanent for 30 hours per week and salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
We are a team of 40 members and 3 GP Partners. A semi-rural practice, we have just undergone an extension project to our current building and we are exciting by the opportunities this will provide for patient care.
We are a sociable bunch and hold summer and winter team events. We also like the odd quiz night or too!
