As a healthcare provider we do operate a 24 hour on-call service, this will be shared equally on a rota basis with Other Office Staff.
Previous experience as either a care coordinator or recruitment consultant will be highly beneficial.
You will need strong rapport building skills to assist you with developing client and staff rapport, you must be computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel). A background in the healthcare industry is essential.
You will enjoy using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to barriers that stand in the way of achieving your goals.

JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the Care Coordinator role is to promote Sure Healthcare as the complete healthcare provider of choice within the local and surrounding areas for domiciliary care, supported living services and community support offerings. We are expanding with a rapid rate of growth thanks to our outstanding reputation and are looking to build on this.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join the Leeds care team.
The position would be titled Care Coordinator and would report to the Registered Manager. The role will involve the ongoing recruitment of Healthcare professionals, assistance with coordinating weekly rotas, keeping regular contact with both staff members and clients to keep everyone fully updated and informed. Building lasting relationships to strengthen the company’s position and updating compliance documents and records as required.
This is a fast-paced and diverse role that will enable you to use and develop your communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
You’ll be working as part of a close-knit team and the wide Sure Group division in their Head Office. The core attributes of the role will involve building strong relationships with existing clients as well as supporting the care team out in the community as and when required. This list is not exhaustive.
Location – MORLEY, LEEDS
Hours of Work – Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Salary - £26,000-£28,000 DOE
