Work Setup: Onsite (MOA Pasay) Required Educational Attainment: Finished 2 years of College Education (No back subjects) Required Experience: At least 2 years of tenure in the BPO industry At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer, QA, or SME Responsibilities: Craft and execute annual business strategies for the CARE Team that align with the overarching goals of the unit. Lead the design, development, and rollout of a robust CARE Team framework and associated processes and tools that proactively meet the language, cultural, industry, and transaction management needs of Operations. Effectively convey the mission and activities of the CARE Team to both Clients and Operations/Support Groups. Champion the ongoing enhancement of the CARE Team’s Programs by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analyses of set objectives, performance outcomes, and industry best practices.
