OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organisation adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our company while fostering a culture of compliance across all departments.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry (e.g., GDPR, health and safety regulations, CQC, DCC).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey compliance concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in conducting audits or assessments is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related issues, ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding compliance status and any identified issues.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance matters, fostering awareness and understanding of relevant regulations.
