Location: Fully Remote
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll guide patients through their treatment journey - from understanding care plans to navigating insurance and finances. You’ll play a vital role in making the process seamless, informative, and reassuring.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Best in Class Client/Customer Engagement experience in a sales driven environment
  • Experience with treatment outcomes inside sales required
  • Ability to manage cost conversations with patients
  • Experience with insurance and out-of-pocket patient responsibility preferred
  • High comfort level with medical terminology and comfortable with collaboration with MDs.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and organizational agility

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping them move confidently through care
  • Reduce cancellations by proactively rescheduling and addressing concerns
  • Prep appointments with cost estimates and insurance info
  • Communicate procedure details, financial options, and pre/post-op instructions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth patient experience
  • Support multiple clinics virtually or in person, as needed
  • Educate and schedule patients for procedures
