Description

WE’RE OFFERING A COMPETITIVE SALARY BETWEEN £26,000 - £28,000 PER ANNUM, PLUS PAYMENT FOR ON-CALL. THERE IS ALSO THE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN AN ANNUAL BONUS OF UP TO £2,000.

We’re looking for individuals who can provide a first class service when managing queries, problem solving and managing situations where you are required to use your initiative and think on your feet.
You may already be an experienced Office Consultant / Care Coordinator or you may be looking for a new and exciting opportunity and be confident that you possess the skills that we require.
We’re not seeking previous experience as full training is provided. All we ask is that you are competent in delivering outstanding customer service, have strong IT skills and are passionate about care in the same way that we are.

Responsibilities

IF SO, A ROLE AS AN OFFICE CONSULTANT COULD BE EXACTLY WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR.

We’re growing our team in Peterborough and are on the lookout for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and are great at building and maintaining key relationships.
As an Office Consultant, you’ll manage a case load of clients, being their main point of contact when assisting with queries, recruitment needs and managing day to day requirements.
A large part of this role is ensuring that our clients care requirements are met and ensuring their care teams are fully staffed, with no missed shifts.
If you enjoy motivating others, organising, and bringing people together, you’ll find it’s second nature when it comes to planning and managing rota’s for healthcare workers and ensuring that their experience and availability aligns to the needs of our service users.
In order to do this, you’ll liaise with our internal recruitment team who will manage the recruitment and selection of suitable candidates, always bearing in mind the needs of our clients.
You’ll also work closely with our in-house Nursing team to maintain compliance, ensuring new and existing members of our care teams are competent and confident to deliver exceptional standards of care.
Communication is key as you’ll be in regular contact with our service users, their family members, healthcare professionals and the wider multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs).
