Ready for the Next Step in Your Care Career?
Are you an experienced Care Worker, Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor or Care Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in your career?
Perhaps you've had some exposure to rotas, scheduling, arranging cover or coordinating care staff as part of your current role, and you're now looking for an opportunity to develop those skills further.
If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We are working with a highly regarded and growing Home Care provider in Woking, Surrey, who is looking for a caring, organised and motivated individual to join their team as a Care Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands care from the front line and is ready to take on more responsibility, develop professionally and build a career beyond hands-on care.
A Chance to Progress Your Career
Moving into care coordination doesn't mean leaving your care experience behind — it's about using everything you've learned as a carer in a new way.
You'll play an important role in ensuring clients receive safe, consistent and high-quality care, while supporting the care team who deliver it.
Your front line experience will give you a real understanding of what clients need, what carers experience day-to-day, and the importance of getting the right people in the right place.
If you've had some involvement with staff rotas, scheduling, coordinating visits or arranging cover, that's a great foundation — and you'll have the opportunity to build on this with training and support.
The company is experiencing an exciting period of growth, with genuine opportunities for career progression and development.
What You'll Be Doing
