GSO is currently seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Care Coordinator. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their care journey, as well as for external referral sources. This will involve ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our practice, patients, and referral sources. We are looking for candidates with a passion for patient care and a knack for organization. While experience in a medical setting is beneficial, we prioritize candidates who exhibit compassion and attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. Work with third-party payers to obtain authorization for procedures. Being the liaison between the third-party payers, the patient, and our clinical staff Upkeep daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Provide outstanding customer service. Schedule clinic visits and specialty procedures Work collaboratively within group email boxes. Answer the phones.
