Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

The Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating care services to ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered to clients in their own homes. This role involves scheduling care workers, liaising with service users and families, maintaining compliance with CQC standards, and supporting the smooth running of daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and manage rotas to ensure all visits are covered efficiently.
  • Act as the main point of contact for care staff, clients, and families.
  • Monitor care delivery to ensure it meets individual care plans and company standards.
  • Support recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of care staff.
  • Maintain accurate records, care documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, changes in care needs, or staff absences.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure business and care objectives are met.
